COVID-19 Delays

There may be delays in shipping- especially international orders.

 

When will my order ship?

Your order will ship within 1-2 weeks and delivery time will depend on your location!  If, for some reason, you need your package for a special occasion, please leave a note on your order and I will try my best to send it our quickly!

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! 

While most international shipments arrive within 2-4 weeks of your ship date, delays do happen due to customs.  The customer will be responsible for any additional custom fees.

What happens if my package is lost?

Please contact your local post office!  Unfortunately, once I have shipped your order, I am not be responsible for it.

  • If you have received your tracking, but it has stopped moving, please contact your local post office.
  • If your package has been marked as delivered, but your package is not there, please contact your local post office.
  • If you have received your tracking, but it has not started moving, it means your shipping label has been created, but your order hasn't shipped out just yet.

Please consider purchasing shipping insurance in case your package gets lost. Shipping insurance covers parcels and contents from all risks of physical loss or damage from an external cause while in transit.  Insurance does NOT cover packages marked as delivered.

Can you combine orders?

Yes!  Please contact me before I ship out your order with your order numbers and I will refund the excess shipping fee.

I preordered an item.  When will it ship?

Preorders take up to 3-5 weeks to ship.  If you need to change your preferred address please email me as soon as possible!  If you are planning to move within the time frame, please contact me, so I can reach out to you to confirm your address before shipping.
